Rubbed with our special blend of spices, slow smoked for 12 or more hours, then slathered in rendered juices and special ingredients. It's smokey, sweet and beefy!
CORNED BEEF
Beef brisket corned with traditional spices then smoked for at least 12 hours until tender.
BURNT ENDS
Our burnt ends AKA “Meat Candy” are cut from the point of our cooked brisket. We cube the meat toss them with more FIB rub, brown sugar and honey from a local producer, then put them back in the smoker to get friendly.
PASTRAMI
We start with our corned beef then season it with a heavy dose of black pepper, coriander and other spices then smoked over 12 hours until tender.
BEEF TRI TIP
Bottom sirloin, seasoned, smoked and reversed seared. Serviced sliced with a fire roasted jalapeño sauce.
JUMBO SMOKED WINGS
Jumbo wings, Cajun seasoned and smoked. Served with hot sauce, bbq sauce or fire roasted jalapeño sauce.
HAND-PULLED PORK
Pork shoulder rubbed with our special blend of seasoning, slow smoked at 225 degrees for 13 hours to porky perfection!
PORK CHOPS
Pork loin chops, seasoned, smoked and glazed with our honey bourbon glaze.
PULLED CHICKEN
Seasoned and smoked whole chicken, pulled off the bone and shredded.
BABY BACK RIBS (Full Slab)
Pork baby backs, smoked for 5-6 hours at 225 degrees, glazed with a special bourbon sauce and topped with our almost famous Team FIB bbq sauce.
BEEF RIBS
Beef ribs smoked low for 6-7 hours with a rosemary beef rub.
SMOKED HOT LINK SAUSAGE
Pork sausage links, seasoned nicely with a little red pepper kick. Slow smoked to perfection.
